Meet Alex Lim, a dedicated member of our BMW Group Data Privacy Protection department, serving for 15 years presently as Regional Manager for China and previously in the Corporate Audit department. His journey began with a passion for cars, drawing him to the BMW Group. Reflecting on his 'legendary moments' up till now (15 years at BMW Asia) he lets us know:

"As part of the logistics team at my first regional conference in Bangkok in 2013, in addition to conference delivery, I had to take care of more than 15 APAC Data Privacy Protection Officers – taking them on the local subway during the weekday evening peak hour to get to an offsite dinner venue with a short connecting boat ride! No one was lost on the way, there were no complains on the hassle and that was the first of many subsequent times playing the role of 'local tour guide' for the conference delegates in various APAC cities. Alex is still playing tour guide after more than 10 years, getting appreciative feedbacks and loving it!"
