Production at the BMW Group is highly automated and equipped with the latest technology. But it does not run by itself. Only when the people behind the machines are passionate, driving pleasure can go into series production and take on the dynamic form that makes our vehicles so unique. Both, independently and as a team, they achieve extraordinary things day after day while contributing to making automotive dreams come true.

Our motivated colleagues from the various maintenance teams ensure the high quality of our processes along the entire value chain. They are responsible for the operation, maintenance, inspection and optimisation of all automatic systems in the respective production area. In order to successfully meet and exceed these special challenges in the future, we are constantly on the lookout for solution-oriented minds who want to set off with us into a new era of sustainable mobility.
