AcceleratiON.

The AcceleratiON Programme is the BMW Group’s international graduate programme offering the opportunity to jumpstart the career of talented graduates and young professionals. Through completing four different rotations, participants work in various parts of the company including two international assignments, one at BMW headquarters in Munich. During their assignments, participants gain insight into business processes, strategy, culture, and the BMW Group brands from both a local and global perspective. Establishing an excellent international network, as well as working on strategic and operational projects in three different countries provides a solid basis for a successful international career at the BMW Group.

• Become familiar with BMW headquarters and get to know its processes and daily business operations. 
• Meet and network with all other management associates from all over the world in your cohort. 
• Work on strategic and operative projects while increasing your functional and personal skills.

• Top-tier university degree (Master).
• At least 6 months of relevant practical experience (e.g. internship, training, initial professional experience).
• At least 4 months of relevant experience abroad (university study, practical experience, gap year).
• Personal involvement and commitment over and above university study.
• Fluent in German and English, knowledge of another language would be advantageous.
• Willingness to embark on an international career.

• Gross salary € 4910 per month according to wage agreement and willingness to overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
