FastLane Austria is aimed at students who are at the beginning of their master's program. The remaining study time should ideally be around 18 months from the start of the programme.

• Assignments: During the programme, you will complete practical placements with a total duration of 6 to 8 months. You plan these placements individually with your mentor. You can therefore flexibly adapt the practical placements to your studies.
• Mentoring: You will be supported in your professional and personal development by an experienced mentor and will plan your practical placements, your master's thesis, and other programme components individually with them.
• Master's Thesis: You will write your master's thesis at BMW. The topic selection will be coordinated with your mentor.
• Hiring Prospects: Your chances of being hired after successfully completing all program components and with a good final grade are excellent.
• Trainings: You have the opportunity to develop both personally and professionally and will participate in various trainings of the BMW Group Academy at the Steyr plant as well as at our headquarters in Munich.
• Networking and Exchange: You will participate in events and activities.
• Compensation: The compensation per practical placement is €3,201.70 per month.
