How did you get to work today?

I drove in to work today. I have a company lease car and I live in Greer, so I’m door to door in 15 – 20 minutes.

On which project/topic are you currently working? What was your most exciting project?

I am currently working on a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) project to automate a process that is currently manual for my team, the HR Service Center.  The most exciting project I have worked on was the implementation GRS, they system our Associates use to apply for BMW Group positions at Plant Spartanburg.

What makes working at BMW Group special for you?

When working at BMW, there is a lot of opportunity to work with skilled Colleagues, who each take pride in their work.  I feel like we’re all in this together and everyone wants to pull their weight.
