Description

We are offering an exciting position in sales at our BMW Store in Berlin.

 

        Key Accountabilities of the Role          

  • You are responsible for acquiring and managing customer relationships.
  • You present BMW cars and organize test drives.
  • You independently conduct a needs analysis, configuration, negotiation, and sale of new BMW cars.
  • Your function involves the personal handover of BMW cars and creating a 5-star customer experience.
  • You are the interface between customers, BMW Financial Services, and our Aftersales team.

    Qualifications
  • Desire to achieve and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Completed apprenticeship or a degree in economics as well as a basic understanding of automotive technology.
  • A plus would be several years of experience in the automotive industry and certification as an automotive salesperson (f/m/x).
  • Ongoing willingness to learning new things and loyalty to the brand.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy working with customers and have a winning mentality.
  • Market and product knowledge in the automotive sector.
  • Class B or III driver's license.
  • Working knowledge of German and English.
