As a Vehicle Painter at the BMW Group Factory Debrecen, you play a key role in revolutionizing the way we approach automotive manufacturing.

What awaits you?

• Continuous training: You will have the opportunity to participate in our extensive international training program, which prepares you for monitoring production processes, identifying discrepancies, and for developing the appropriate steps to ensure stable product quality in line with the production team during the production processes.
• Quality control: Your task will be to identify surface defects on the entire exterior body and painted surfaces, correct the defects, and document them electronically.
• Record-keeping: In your work, you will need to document the aforementioned defects electronically.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Preparing for the repair, painting, and polishing of defects on the already painted body.
• Supporting development processes: We count on your expertise to be the driving force for quality and cost-reduction improvements in your department.

What do we expect from you?

• Educational background: Successfully completed secondary vocational qualification.
• Work experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in automotive painting or relevant qualification. Experience in a manufacturing environment or the automotive industry is an advantage for the tasks.
• Precision and teamwork: You are able to work and communicate in a team, and are open to continuously developing yourself. Strong communication skills are essential.
• Language skills: Basic English or German knowledge is an advantage but not required.
• Shift work: After production starts, you are willing to work in rotating shifts.
