What awaits you?

• Coordinate the security risk management for all business activities of the BMW Plant SLP outside its facility to protect BMW associates, assets, operations and the supply chain.
• Develop and implement security concepts for travelers and expatriates with dependents.
• Develop and coordinate security risk assessments and measures related for the supply chain and transportation network.
• Monitor and report the security developments and maintain liaison and exchange with authorities, partners and peers on the security situation.
•  Respond to incidents or other emergencies and coordinate all immediate and follow-up actions.

What should you bring along?

•    6+ years of experience in a security environment, coordinating security risk management, incident management, and investigations.
•    Military or police background is a strong asset.
•    Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive security programs and processes.
•    Demonstrated ability to effectively manage security incidents, including leading investigations, coordinating response efforts, and implementing corrective actions.
•    Strong analytical skills to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks across various business activities.
•    Ability to leverage security intelligence and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and program effectiveness.
•    Experience in developing and implementing clear, concise, and enforceable security policies and procedures.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Willingness to travel occasionally outside the plant.
•    English advanced.
