What awaits you?
• Managing the entire lifecycle of our fleet vehicles, this includes overseeing ordering, use, maintenance, service schedules, fuel management, washing, and returns.
• Optimizing Pool Car utilization, from ordering and scheduling to logbook maintenance and ensuring proper car washes and returns.
• Supporting Lease Vehicle contracts, handovers, and service schedules for leased vehicles.
• Implementing and monitoring cost-saving measures, analyzing fleet data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and stay within budget.
• Ensuring quality control with egular audits of services rendered, including repairs, vehicle inspections, and handovers/returns.
• You'll be responsible for tracking car mileage, department car usage, and pre-series/validation program vehicle activity. This data will be used to create reports and identify opportunities for cost-reduction.
• Enforcing company car policies, including reporting to the Company Car Committee.
• Managing vehicle insurance of fleet and short term assignment vehicles from policy management to claims processing.
• Maintaining fleet readiness scheduling and overseeing maintenance for all fleet vehicles, ensuring smooth operation and minimizing downtime.
What should you bring along?
• 5+ years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or services areas
• Proven track record of optimizing fleet operations and reducing costs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement cost-saving measures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of staff, vendors, and internal customers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a strong team player.
• Fluent English.
