Description

We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied working student occupation in the area of algorithmic development for Generative Design.

 

What awaits you?

  • Support of the Generative Design Teams in the development of methods.
  • Support of the Generative Design Team in the development of AI methods.
  • Implementation of innovative design tools for parametric and generative/algorithmic form-finding in Rhino/Grasshopper or Synera across all phases of the form-finding process, taking into account the specifications of design engineering.
  • Implementation of innovative design tools for generative development process across all design phases.
     

What should you bring along? 

  • Degree in computer science, engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification.
  • Strong knowledge in Grasshopper and or Synera.
  • Strong knowledge of AI, in e.g. computer vision, LLM, deep learning for simulaion etc.
  • Python and or C# programming skills.
  • Independent, solution-oriented, structured work.
  • Team and communication skills.
