As a Quality Specialist, you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.

 

What awaits you?

 

  • You analyze errors and troubleshooting in a highly automated environment, determining short-term measures on site, ensuring sustainability and carrying out training as required.
  • You use common methods and processes of quality work, such as measurement protocols, quality systematics (machine capability survey, process capability survey, etc.), Ishikawa diagrams, etc. You use state-of-the-art methods in the field of quality assurance, statistics and digitalization to drive the process.
  • You create the process releases after corrections, repairs, malfunctions or shutdowns. In addition, providing sampling for component changes after start of production.
  • You develop standards for the results of the problem-solving process to ensure that they are also used in the electromobility production network and that the measures implemented are sustainable.
  • You coordinate interdisciplinary teams to solve problems and improve quality processes.

 

What should you bring along?

 

  • Master or Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering or high-school degree with relevant experience.
  • At least three years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance with a very good understanding of manufacturing technology, including electromobility.
  • Experience in supplier support, very strong team and communication skills and flexibility.
  • Ideally, additional quality training (such as QMF Quality management expert, QMB Quality Management Officer, Six Sigma, FMEA Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, etc.) or a comparable qualification.
  • Fluent English and Hungarian in speaking and writing, German language knowledge would be an advantage.
