Control Room Steering Specialist - Assembly

As a Control Room Steering Specialist - Assembly, you will become part of a dynamic, highly motivated and agile team with the aim of setting up the assembly in the new Debrecen plant and the initial launch of the Neue Klasse vehicle architecture.

What awaits you?

• Together with the team, you are responsible for support and are a contact person for employees, managers, and process partners for all acute problems in assembly during the production.
• You are responsible for attendance planning for different positions in the control room.
• Communicating to different interfaces (logistic, plant steering, paint shop, energy module).
• Your tasks include carrying out the problem analysis, deriving appropriate immediate measures, preparing quality checks, and developing sustainable corrective measures.
• You are responsible for carrying out the escalation at department level and lead the escalation talks with different interfaces.
• Controlling and monitoring the processes in the control room with regard to all work and quality results, as well as the initiation of process optimizations, with the aim of sustainably improving efficiency and quality.

What should you bring along?

• Experience in process and project management, preferably from a manufacturing company.
• Analytical thinking as well as problem-solving, negotiation, priority, and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of Interrelationship / Interfaces.
• Being a structured and self-responsible employee.
• Leadership skills.
• Advanced Organization & Communication skills.
• Hungarian AND English working proficiency is required. German proficiency would be an advantage.
