As a Blocking System Specialist, at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.

You are the first point of contact in the production team when it comes to blocking management and you will help the management functions in the production team to achieve quality goals.

What awaits you?

• Coordinating the entire blocking process.
• Initiating special measures to ensure delivery quality (special controls and check, delivery freeze).
• Deciding vehicle blocks and delivering stops and informing partners in the organization in the event of complex problems that causing vehicle blocks.
• Cooperating with Quality Specialists, Process Specialists and Production department in defining, implementing and training corrective and preventive actions, monitoring and verifying the effectiveness of these actions.
• Planning and leading interdepartmental meetings about blocking related topics.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor´s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field of study.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or similar positions preferably in Automotive Industry, specifically in production or quality area of assembly.
• Appropriate experience, or qualifications in related field of manufacturing is valuable.
• A high degree of flexibility, motivation, and a sense of responsibility.
• Hungarian and English working proficiency is required. German proficiency would be an advantage.
