As a Reworker-QFFM at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.

What can you expect?

• You will have the opportunity to participate in our extensive training programs, where you will learn the ins and outs of supervising production, detecting discrepancies, ensuring the that the necessary steps are taken in collaboration with the production team to provide the high quality of the products.

• You will be responsible for fault detection during production, measurements with various measurement tools as well as following the rules and instructions of regulations and guidelines of quality inspection and production.
• You will be in charge of quality related decisions in case of an emergency.
• You will be responsible for the preparation and supervision of inspection equipment and statistical analysis equipment, as well as for conducting and documenting inspections.
• You will be assisting audits, process analyses and the measures implemented to improve quality.

What are we expecting from you?

• Successfully completed secondary education in the fields of: electrical engineering or mechatronics or electrician or automotive electronics or similar qualifications
• You have at least one year of relevant quality inspection and processing experience from the past five years.
• Experience in quality inspections and using quality measurement tools are an advantage.
• You are capable of working in teams, have great communication skills and you are open for self-improvement.
• A1 (beginner) level of English and/or German knowledge is an advantage.
