As a Reworker-Analysis at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.

What can you expect?

• You will have the opportunity to participate in our extensive training programs, where you will learn the ins and outs of supervising production, detecting discrepancies, ensuring the that the necessary steps are taken in collaboration with the production team to provide the high quality of the products.
• You will be responsible for the surface quality of the vehicles according to the quality rules of BMW.
• You will identify and repair the surface faults of the vehicles to maintain their high-quality visual condition.
• You will document your work digitally.
• You will be responsible for abiding by the quality and processing rules of manufacturing as a part of the quality inspection team.

What are we expecting from you?

• Successfully completed secondary education in the fields of: electronics or electrical engineering or electrician or automotive electronics
• You are experienced in electrical wiring and cabling.
• You are open to travel, to participate in BMW’s international training course.
• Factory experience is an advantage.
• A1 (beginner) level of English and/or German knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience in material fault detection and documentation is an advantage.
