As an Error Analyst and Repair Specialist at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you will play a key role in revolutionizing the way we think about driving.

• Report Preparation: Documenting material-related errors.
• Quality Control: Focusing on ensuring that the electrical systems of vehicles meet BMW's quality standards, guaranteeing high-quality execution.
• Use of Machines and Equipment: Ensuring product quality through the use of measuring tools and instruments.
• Continuous Training: Participating in our extensive training program to prepare you for your tasks.
• Process Optimization: Contributing to the improvement of production quality and offering development suggestions to support manufacturing.

What Do We Expect from You?

• Education: Successfully completed secondary vocational qualification in one of the following areas: electronics, electrical engineering, electrician, automotive electronics.
• Work Experience: Experience in electrical wiring and cabling. It is an advantage (but not required) if you have experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of English/German.
• Report Preparation: Experience in documenting material-related errors is an advantage.
• Precision and Teamwork: Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team, with a willingness for continuous self-improvement. Strong communication skills are essential.
• Shift Work: Willingness to work in shifts after production starts.
• Openness to Learning New Skills.
