As a Material and Process Testing Specialist at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you will play a key role in revolutionizing the way we think about automotive technology.

What Awaits You?

• Participate in our extensive training program, preparing you to monitor production processes, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with the production team to ensure stable product quality.
• Conduct destructive and non-destructive tests on semi-finished and finished products at various stages of production.
• Use cutting, sectioning machines, grinding, and polishing tools for sample preparation, applying chemical procedures when necessary.
• Analyze prepared samples using microscopes, tensile testing machines, CT scanners, and custom-developed material testing systems.
• Document your testing activities, perform necessary calibration, and maintenance tasks.
• Develop and optimize measurement processes.

What We Expect from You:

• Successfully completed secondary technical education in one of the following fields: chemistry, mechanical engineering, or electronics.
• At least 1 year of relevant material and process testing experience in the automotive industry within the last 5 years.
• A university or technical degree is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and a willingness to continuously improve yourself.
• Basic English or German language skills are preferred but not required.
