Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Assembly Quality Management - 24 Month Graduate Programme (September 2025)

 

Join our dynamic Quality Engineering & Management Department, where we drive excellence in every vehicle we produce. We’re at the forefront of ensuring that our world-renowned vehicles meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and craftsmanship. By applying advanced engineering principles, cutting-edge technology, and critical problem-solving techniques, we tackle some of the most complex challenges in automotive quality.

In this role, you’ll work on identifying, analysing, and resolving complex issues related to vehicle quality, applying root cause analysis to solve real-world engineering topics. You’ll leverage data from our computer aided quality systems to predict and monitor performance, providing critical insights to our manufacturing teams. Additionally, you’ll ensure precise assembly by engaging with torque-controlled tooling systems and contribute to maintaining compliance with industry standards through our Quality Management Systems. Throughout, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and make a measurable impact on product quality.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Have achieved a minimum 2:2 or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering degree.
  • Experience of a year in industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills proven through previous teamwork.
  • Self-steerer, excellent motivation.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A full UK Driving License is advantageous but is not essential.

What do you need to do now?
