Description

Our Corporate Headquarters, located in Richmond Hill, is looking for an intern in the Sales Operations Department, starting in September 2024. The successful candidate will be supporting the Sales Operations Team, responsible for sales planning, reporting, production, logistics and sales incentive programs. 

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Supporting the Business Control Analyst by ensuring accurate and timely setup of BMW & MINI monthly sales incentive programs
  • Supporting the Business Control Analyst with day-to-day management of BMW Group Canada’s Retailer sales receivables
  • Tracking of BMW Group Canada sales program effectiveness and generation of management reports
  • Assisting with the administration of BMW Canada Retailer co-op claims
  • Assisting with the administration of the BMW Canada Masters Club and VIP programs
  • General administrative support for the BMW Group National Sales Department
  • Other duties of a general or unspecified nature as may be required to achieve the overall effectiveness of BMW Group Canada as a whole

Qualifications

 

  • Completed a post-secondary degree or diploma with a focus on business
  • Well-developed oral and written communications skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and a member of a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Knowledge in visualization programs like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI is an asset.
  • Coding experience in data processing, aggregation and database management is an asset.
