Description-

Support onsite supplier logistics production to assure the supplier’s lineside delivery performance in series by using efficient problem solving processes

 

The qualified Intern/Co-op should expect to contribute & Improve in the following functions:

  • Supplier requalification: support team with project management tasks including KPI reporting and status reports as well as 8D and FMEA.
  • Wrong delivery prevention: analyzing data from 8D and FMEA to derive concrete solutions to address main contributors.
  • LQS competency concept: support team with development of i-Learn classes and tracking of training completion.
  • Reporting of KPI: conducts data processing in SAP. SQL, Power BI i.e. running weekly and daily reports. May include data mining, creating and maintaining visualization tools, etc.
  • Supplier communication: support team with development
  • Maintain electronic team board as key user.

 

 Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will have completed (or will be an upperclassman by credit hours) a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field with a GPA od 3.4 or above (Preferred). Candidate myst have strong interpersonal skills (Experience using Power BI, SQL, Data Lake, etc. Is a bonus)
  • Microsoft Excel (Experience with VLookup, Macros, etc. Preferred).
  • Detail Oriented
  • Organized
  • Effective communication skills.
