We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied internship for financial services online customer portal. BMW Financial Services is a division of the BMW Group and, as a supplier of financial services in the automotive banking sector, we are one of the most successful in our industry. 
The product “Retail Contract Self Services” is a key enabler for the Financial Services strategy to digitise the customer journey. With the product we provide self-services for lease and loan customers both in web and app. For this solutions we are looking for an Intern to support our team in strengthening joyful digital customer experience. 
 

What awaits you?

  • Overall, you will be involved in the requirements definition process for web portal, creation of user flows, content collection and translations.
  • You will accompany the full cycle of the feature creation in the web portal starting from business analysis through design, configuration, testing up to going live in close coordination with the responsible parties.
  • With our team you will learn to analyse and split complex issues in small “digestible” and implementable parts and see the result of your work in practice. 
  • You will gain hands-on experience with the following tools: Jira, Confluence, FIGMA, FigJam, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager.
  • As part of the team, you will work in international environment and have constant contact with the IT-DEV-Ops colleagues of the BMW Group, external providers and markets located in various countries.

 

What should you bring along? 

  • Ongoing or completed studies in business administration, economics, business informatics or comparable field.
  • First practical experience with digital customer touchpoint in web or app through internships or student part-time jobs would be of benefit.
  • You possess good analytical skills and ability to switch context quickly.
  • You are self-organised and want to learn organising complex projects effectively.
  • You enjoy working in an international team. 
  • Fluent in German and English.
