Dealer Development Specialist

Description

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the market coordination of BMW and MINI Retail Standard Audits including the rectification process.
  • You will be responsible for the BMW Group Mystery shopping process for Poland.
  • You will be responsible for Voice of the dealer Survey from dealer communication to analysis of the results, development of Action plans with respective departments.
  • You will support Retail / Service partners in terms of various system access administration.
  • You will coordinate the consulting programs in Poland dedicated to retail partners in alignment with relevant stakeholders.
  • You will be responsible for Dealer Network communication coordination and preparation.

Our requirements:

  • University degree in business administration or technical degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive (prefered) or alternatively franchize company in network development, marketing, sales.
  • Demonstrated capabilities to wotk with many stakeholders on complex tasks and projects.
  • Required skills: analytical, strong communication capabilities, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent command of English
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
