Ops Resilience & Reporting Manager

BMW Group Financial Services UK is looking for an Operations Insight Analyst. This role is based at the Summit ONE Campus in Farnborough.

Operational Resilience & Reporting Manager – 12 Month FTC

What awaits you?

• Data Analytics: Identify and monitor data analytics requirements to optimise processes and ensure operational resilience.
• Customer Focus: Drive good customer outcomes and effortless experiences by aligning operational performance with customer metrics.
• Lead Operational Resilience: Oversee and regularly update our Operational Resilience controls to ensure they remain robust and effective.
• Regulatory Compliance: Embed and understand Operational Resilience regulatory requirements throughout the organisation.
• Strategic Coordination: Identify and manage resilience for key business services, coordinating efforts company-wide.
• Key Contact Point: Serve as the main contact for all Operational Resilience and Reporting for operations.
• Timely Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of Resilience Management Information and other key metrics.
• Data Strategy: Support to rollout of the SF1-UK data strategy, leading on operational analytics.

What should you bring along?

• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience managing stakeholders across functions.
• Experience of managing business continuity/operational resilience/operational reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and process orientation.
• Creativity and ability to think strategically, to look outside the normal boundaries.
• Strong knowledge operational key performance measures.
• Knowledge of analytical tools and languages such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Qlik, SQL, VBA.
