As an Occupational Nurse Specialist, at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars. 

What awaits you?

• Supporting the medical management team with developing, implementing, operating health management and prevention concepts according to the legal and local requirements as well as BMW Group standards.
• Assisting the medical management team with provision of occupational health care, basic medical care, primary emergency care, expat and travel management, prevention, workplace health promotion, ergonomy and medical crisis management.
• Conducting occupational health examinations, including but not limited to hearing testing, visual testing, lung function assessments, physical stress tests, work place assessments, etc.
• Clinical management and administration of work related accidents as well as occupational health related illnesses / diseases by law, associate's appointment scheduling and office administration.
• Assisting / guiding expatriates, if necessary with medical needs and interpretation; providing professional support and advice to BMW Group associates.
• Handling, storing and reporting appropriate information and medical documents/records in line with relevant legislative data protection & BMW Group record keeping protocols; provide health surveillance in accordance with current legislation.
• Undertake a wider range of clinical activities by ensuring appropriate training as defined by the Governing Nursing Professional Body just as working towards and participating in establishment of a quality, safety and environmental management system certification and support internal and external audits.  

What should you bring along?

• Nurse (OKJ54) specialization in occupational health (OKJ55) and significant experience (> 5 years) of working in an OHS environment - preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Experiences in General practitioner praxis work and/or in emergency medicine.
• Experience in projects for prevention, vaccine campaigns and workplace health promotion; practical experience in medical crisis management desirable.
• Competency of Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS) will be an advantage.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point); driving lincence (car).
• Knowledge of the English language at a minimum communication level.
