As a Production Process Specialist, at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.

What awaits you?
 

• Improving manufacturing processes and implementing lean methods within your assigned area of responsibility.
• Proactively identifying areas for improvement in production (cost, assembly time, quality, ergonomics, poka-yoke solutions etc.).
• Supporting planning and production teams to implement  product changes in serial production.
• Leading lean management trainings and workshops.
• Initiating corrective actions for any quality deviations.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), such as planned assembly time, staffing, budget, and assembly time per unit.
   

What should you bring along?
 

• Relevant qualifications in manufacturing are an advantage. A bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering is preferred but not required.
• At least two years of experience in manufacturing, ideally with experience in assembly.
• A high level of flexibility, motivation, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in both Hungarian and English; German is an advantage.
