Your primary focus will be on payroll, post payroll as well as supporting in contact center, employee data management and time management. Furthermore one of the main accountabilities will be actively participating and driving in HR services projects. 

 

What awaits you?

  • Act as first point of contact for employees on HR Services related topics both via Email and Telephone.
  • Offers advice regarding individual HR processes/topics along the employee journey, e.g. social security, tax, payroll, benefits, absences, working time management, certificates
  • Complete HR related requests with focus on personal administration e.g creating certificates, sending payslips, references, maintaining employee personnel and job related data, archiving data/employee files.
  • Use SAP workflows to process employee job related changes including loading new starters, leavers, promotions and working time changes.
  • You are responsible for administration and validation of OFK Payroll. Manages employee queries and escalations via nominated mailboxes.
  • Create new starter contracts, leaver letters, promotion letters and any other contractual documents for local employees and those on Expat Assignment.
  • Any ad-hoc reporting required by the business.

 

What should you bring along?

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Attention to details, precision oriented. Strong Excel skills                                                                                               
  • Practical experience in the field of HR desirable.
  • Knowledge of SAP HR desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and able to adopt a proactive approach.
  • Fluent English and Hungarian language knowledge is a must.
