As a Occupational Training Specialist, at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.

What awaits you?

• Implementing educational projects independently, educational counselling, analysing educational needs.
• Establishing  and developing qualification measures for different methods/formats.
• Selecting, evaluating and controlling external training providers.
• Working in close cooperation with various specialist departments of the BMW Group Plant Debrecen and the central functions.
• Supervising the educational products for which the company is responsible
•  

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor or Master´s degree in economics or social sciences or similar.
• Experience in working with and managing projects in the education field and/or change management.
• Experience as a trainer would be an advantage. 
• High customer focus and independent, results-oriented way of working. 
• Fluent Hungarian and English language knowledge is a must.
