Take the lead and take on responsibility in our production as Production Quality Specialist.
What awaits you?
- Optimizing processes in the production regarding quality, availability and production costs.
- Coordinating and supporting continuous improvement projects with the focus on quality and equipment availability including the development of new methods in the press shop.
- Autonomously identifying potentials in the own area and initiates necessary actions.
- Being responsible for development of a lean production system.
- Tracking the relevant Key Performance Indicators and Initiating suitable containment and corrective actions in case to get back on target level.
- Close collaboration with internal costumers in the relevant technologies.
- Reporting quality relevant KPI´s to the management.
What should you bring along?
- Engineering degree with focus on mechanical engineering, production, automotive engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality methods, process improvement and lean management positions in the industry, preferably in automotive production, planning or maintenance.
- Experience with checking routines and methods (necking measurement, surface evaluations, geometry reports) is an advantage.
- Knowledge about steel and aluminum material,about surface quality on unpainted and painted parts is an advantage.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a flair for dealing with people and mediating in conflict situations.
- Self-initiative attitude and pronounced quality awareness.
- Hungarian and English working proficiency is required. German proficiency would be an advantage.
