HR Services Specialist

Your responsibilities:

• Payroll data preparation
• Benefits administration
• Being first contact for employees enquiries
• Preparing necessary data for HR reporting: monthly, quarterly and .yearly
• Coordinate cooperation with HR suppliers in selected area
• Work as a Super User in SuccessFactor (HR database)
• Processing invoices related to HR  in SAP
• Create, update and take care about HR content in intranet 
• Run or will be part of various HR projects, e.g. employer branding

Our requirements:

• Minium 2 year of successful work experience in the area of payroll and/or HR services role  of International company
• Knowledge of Labor Code provisions
• Very good command of English (every day use)
• Willingness  to work with systems and data in systematic way
• Accuracy and attention to details paired with very good organization skills
• Service orientation and positive attitude
• Experience in working with SuccessFactor and/or SAP will the advantage
