This is a full-time internship position for our Spring Rotation, from January 13, 2025 through May 16, 2025 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
Training
Oversee account creation and data accuracy
Update and manage ongoing training reports
Manage communication for course enrollments, events or other targets
Consolidate and draft course/curriculum feedback
Support training event planning and execution
Product
Track and manage training and testing fleet requests
Create fleet spec sheets for event use
Support product launch activities
Produce supporting documents for product planning and strategy
Create and update product reference material
Industry research
General
Update content for dealer-facing resource site
Process dealer and internal system access
Build or modify various reporting and data matrixes
Manage Training Support correspondence
Participate in and prepare meeting minutes for multi-disciplinary meetings
Events
Support training admin for event product specialists
Oversee preparation of event Atelier shipping and receiving
Provide interdepartmental event support as needed
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university
Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
Have completed at least 30 college credit hours at time of application
Field of study: Business, Marketing or other related fields
Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)
Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Point
Proficiency or aptitude for online publishing
Proofing skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and organizational skills are critical

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30
The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20
