DEMO Vehicle Fleet Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the compliant and efficient management of demonstration vehicle fleet, ensuring adherence to local regulations and guidelines.
• Ensure compliant handling of the demo fleet and local office cars based on regulations and guidelines.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the demo vehicle fleet, including registration, monitoring, and de-fleeting.
• Oversee the operational fine management process, including billing, documentation, and communication with authorities.
• Manage the repair process in coordination with demo vehicle handling agents and according to policies.
• Identify and implement improvements to the systems and processes involved in demo vehicle management.

Our expectation:

•  Experience in automotive sector, experience as Fleet Expert would be a plus.
• Relevant training and/ or certifications as a Fleet responsible.
• Coordination experience (preferable within a multinational company).Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with various parties.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities to address challenges.
• Highly organized with effective time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under daily time and resource pressure.
• Fluency in Polish (respective market language) and English (fluent in speech and writing), with a drive for continuous improvement.
