What awaits you?
• Responsible to learn and confirm the Production system with relevant planning departments, in regard to production flow, cycle times, OEE, manual processes.
• Develop an aligned concept with Production teams and relevant support departments to validate the line capacity after equipment installation.
• Identify and correct the Safety relevant issues in the area of responsibility.
• Support the Work Instructions creation together with the Production teams.
• Lead regular communication with leaders and support functions in regards of strategy and standards.
What should you bring along?
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience.
• We are seeking recent graduates with less than one year of post-graduation work experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Knowledge in quality standards, rework concepts, Q-checks, Lean Manufacturing.
• Fluency in English.
