Compliance and Governance Specialist

Your responsibilities

  • You will support Compliance Team in compliance management through consultations and substantive support.
  • You will be responsible for the application of Compliance Management System to the following Compliance Subjects in order to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks: governance, information protection, legal monitoring, human rights, dawn raid, antitrust compliance.
  • You will support DPO in data protection topics.
  • You will maintain and update internal documentation related to the compliance process (guidelines/risk assessments).
  • You will support associates and managers in implementation of compliance requirements in the area of responsibility.
  • You will decide and recommend measures that shall be implemented to avoid compliance risks in the area of responsibility.
  • You will invent and conduct compliance controls and spot checks in the area of responsibility.

Our requirements

  • Master degree in law or comparable studies with focus on audit/risk management/compliance.
  • 3 years of experience in Compliance/Legal/Risk/Audit Department, including experience working with the business.
  • Strong command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills, public speaking ability and presentation skills in English.
  • Able to execute compliance requirements from others (including top managers and higher functions).
