Qualification Programs Intern (Summer 2025)

  • Implements ideas to execute the strategy for employee development, team development, learning technologies and culture transformation.
  • Leads, and supports tasks for employee development, team development, learning technologies and culture transformation.
  • Recognizes opportunities to leverage current technology to increase process effectiveness.
  • Identifies areas where digitalization and innovation can improve the learning experience.
  • Supports employee development topics with problem solving, vendor research, and event execution.

 

The qualified intern/Co-op should expect to contribute & improve in the following functions:

  • Project management tasks for learning and transformation initiatives.
  • Communication and marketing to support project objectives.
  • Planning & implementation of learning events to support project objectives.
  • Web page updates to improve user access and knowledge to improve functionality using various platforms.
  • Research learning courses, create eLearning courses & cultivate eLearning curriculum.
  • Project management support for strategic enabler projects.
  • Marketing for department and project initiatives.
  • Planning interdepartmental outreach events for sharing information & project updates.
  • Video and graphic visuals for learning and development.
  • Support digitalization of processes and find opportunities for improvements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Major in Business Management, Operations, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Psychology, or Human Resources is beneficial for this position.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft suite, Oracle, Articulate 360 – optional).
  • Communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
  • Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
  • MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
  • THE WORK TERM DATES ARE May 19th – August 8th, 2025.
