Assembly Process Quality Engineer 2 Co-op (Summer 2025)

DescriptionCommunicates to management any changes or issues that may impact department or company performance and collaborates with management to achieve resolution. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

• Ensuring cars get through the whole ATG process on time.
• Drives and steers supplier quality representatives when issues negatively impact product quality.
• Performs tactical decision making for urgent issues. Manages support groups in problem solving and prevention.
• Performs strategic management for anticipation of change.
• Ensures that Department goals are consistently met. Maintains continuous improvement in regard to all measurable.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (preferably Industrial or Mechanical).
• Microsoft Excel (experience with VLookup, Macros, etc. preferred).
• Detail-oriented.
• Organized.
• Effective communication skills.
• MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
• Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
• Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
• Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
• Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
• MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT. 
• Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
