WHAT AWAITS YOU.
- Ensure an appropriate level of security for associates, properties, other assets, and information in the region.
- Plan, organize, implement and control, security processes and measures in the region in accordance with group security requirements, regulations, and legal and regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for ongoing monitoring and assessment of the security situation in the region, management of regional risks, incidents, and crises in line with core Group security requirements.
- Leverage extensive network within security authorities and industry peers to focus on the respective regional geographical perimeter and implied areas of jurisdiction.
- Apply demonstrable experience in risk management methodology, collaborate with subject matter experts in cyber security and information protection, and manage the steering and contract of third-party security providers.
- Regular international travel, mainly across the America’s (Canada, USA, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina) region.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in security management, geo-politics, geo-sciences, or similar.
- 10+ years’ experience in security, crisis, or other risk management disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of work experience within the armed forces, law enforcement, or other governmental security services.
- Proven experience as a disciplinary leader.
- Currently active or recent national US Security Clearance Level 3 or above.
- Profound Network within security authorities and industry peers.
- Good understanding of corporate security models, corporate security setup and how to manage a corporate security organization with a focus on the security business intelligence and operational security risk management cycle.
- Excellent communication skills with a highly diverse group of stakeholders across intercultural boundaries and language barriers; preferably resulting from work abroad and/or in an intercultural environment.
- Thorough command of the English language; additional language skills e.g. Spanish or German are desirable.

Relocation is available for this position. This is a hybrid role that requires regular attendance in the office.
The expected salary range for this position in Woodcliff Lake, NJ is: $157,800.00 – $291,900.00. The expected salary range for this position in Spartanburg, SC is: $137,200.00 – $253,800.00.
