What awaits you?
• Consolidating the requirements of the technology and providing a consistent planning basis for further building planning by the Department of Construction and Energy including necessary utilities supply.
• Supporting the project management on technical issues (building structure, utilities) by preparing specific decisions on the total concept of structural (technical) planning and technical media (utilities).
• Supporting designs and evaluation of structural and media (utilities) supply concepts considering the business objectives and the project specifications.
• Supervising the suppliers of building and utility systems in the phases of planning and realization regarding technology-specific issues.
• Ensuring compliance with TEM standards (High Voltage Battery Building) during planning and realization (quality assurance).
• Checking the plausibility of compliance with BMW Group requirements (occupational safety regulations, workplace guidelines, etc.).
What should you bring along?
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction engineering, infrastructure supply technology or related fields.
• 3 years of work experience of planning buildings or technical infrastructures.
• Proven knowledge of factory layout planning systems (CAD).
• High level of assertiveness, flexibility, and engagement, independently working.
• Ability to think ahead, identify potential risks and prevent them.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Competence to assess, support and create concepts, analyzes and evaluations.
• Strong analytical thinking and good problem-solving skills are required. Confidence and convincing appearance towards process partners and management.
• English - business fluent both written and spoken, Hungarian or German would be an advantage.
