As a Car mechanic at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you will play a key role in revolutionizing the way we think about driving.

What Awaits You?

• Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identifying production and assembly deviations in vehicles and determining the tasks to be performed.
• Documentation: Recording identified issues and administering necessary processes in the BMW system.
• Repairs: Performing repairs based on process descriptions to ensure the high-quality assembly of vehicles.
• Continuous Training: Participating in our extensive training program to prepare you for your tasks.
• Process Optimization: Contributing to the improvement of production quality and offering development suggestions to support manufacturing.

What Do We Expect from You?

• Education: Successfully completed secondary vocational qualification. A specialization in automotive electronics is an advantage but not required.
• Work Experience: Experience in car assembly gained in a factory environment, car showroom, workshop, or through professional internships.
• Willingness to Learn: Openness to gaining knowledge in the field of automotive electronics.
• Precision and Teamwork: Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team, with strong communication skills.
• Language Skills: Basic knowledge of English or German is an advantage but not required.
• Shift Work: Willingness to work in shifts after production starts.
• Driving License: Possession of a category B driving license with active usage.
