What awaits you:
Empower and support suppliers in achieving efficient series production by collaborating on industrialization and problem-solving.
Define and establish key quality metrics with suppliers to ensure products meet our rigorous standards.
Lead seamless integration between the launch team and BMW's global quality teams, managing pre-series execution, production ramp-up, and attainment of targets.
Drive continuous improvement by stabilizing series product quality and implementing agreed-upon actions with suppliers.
What you should bring along?
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic or Industrial Engineering
7+ years of experience in automotive quality processes and components.
5+ years of experience in Powertrain & Electronics systems/components and related part technology (e.g., SMT, AOI, etc.).
Experience with quality control techniques like SMT, AOI, ICT, and other relevant methods.
Excellent knowledge in Quality Management, Supplier Quality Management, and Project Management.
Experience working in the automotive industry and a multicultural environment.
Fluent business English.
