We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied working student occupation in the area of “Connected Company”. As a department, we are responsible for the latest BMW infotainment systems.

What awaits you?

• Problem Definition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, formulate problem statements and KPIs, and identify the most appropriate approach to solve them.
• Tool Development: Create, extent and maintain suitable tooling to automate business processes.
• Scaling Initiatives: Contriburte to the scaling of our process automation, ensuring that our solutions are used by multiple teams and built to handle larger datasets and evolving business needs.

What should you bring along? 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and apply quantitative methods to complex challenges.
• Proficiency in Python, as well as experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries. Knowledge of, and experience with, Microsoft Power Automate is a bonus.
• Familiarity with statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Proactive and self-driven attitude, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
