As a Training Area Leader in the Assembly at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.
What awaits you?
- Creating and organizing personalized development plans for the trainers within your team, while monitoring their progress and providing regular feedback.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements and internal standards.
- Planning and continuously optimizing training programs to support effective employee onboarding and development.
- Providing professional guidance to production and related departments, while actively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
- Participating in financial planning, KPI setting and monitoring, as well as supporting procurement-related planning activities.
- Facilitating and overseeing compliance with audit and regulatory requirements by documenting and continuously improving internal processes and procedures.
What should you bring along?
- At least a secondary school diploma.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience, with knowledge of methodologies used in adult education and personal development.
- Experience in a technical field and knowledge of TWI (Training Within Industry) is an advantage.
- Hungarian and English communication level language knowledge is required. German language knowledge would be an advantage.
