WHAT AWAITS YOU.
The new graduate trainee program is a dynamic 18-month rotational program designed for previous BMW interns. Through this immersive experience, trainees will gain valuable insights into the business processes, strategy, culture, and BMW Group brands from a local perspective. By rotating through various departments, trainees will develop a well-rounded understanding of the organization and its operations. This program provides an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their career with the BMW Group.
The following responsibilities are for the initial rotation and may vary over the course of the program.
- Organize logistics for BMW's Technician Recognition programs:
- Collect candidate nominations from dealers
- Compile nominations into easy to review spreadsheets
- Coordinate event logistics
- Prepare shipments of collateral for recruiting presence at races on vendor row
- Conduct periodic surveys of the program with participating dealers
- Have a deep knowledge of social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok:
- Monitor communications on our Social Media Channels
- Review post recommendations to increase dialog and engagement with the audience
- Assist with website content updates as needed
- Track status of approvals, releases, rosters, etc. to support the team and the dealers in the effort to recruit and retain high quality talent

- Parts and Logistics
- Aftersales Tire and Accessories
- Program Marketing
- Other areas of Aftersales
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.
- Previous Intern with BMW of North America (Rolls Royce, MINI, Motorrad), Financial Services, Bank, Designworks or Shared Services
- Completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree, no more than 14-months from an accredited college or university prior to the start of the program
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for an immigration-related employment benefit now or in the future.
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
- Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
- Ability to work full-time
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Strong analytical skills

Relocation is not available for this position.
The hourly rate for Master’s level Trainees is $34.78.
The hourly rate for Bachelor’s level Trainees is $26.57.
All pay ranges are based on a full-time work schedule. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
