As a reworker at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.

What can you expect?

• You will participate in a wide range international training program, where you will learn the ins and outs of factory processes, identifying faults and defects and taking the right steps in order to ensure the factory’s faultless production.
• You will be responsible for identifying the surface of the body panels to make sure that they are abiding by the rules and regulations of BMW.
• You will be identifying and fixing the chassis elements and the paint job of the cars.
• You will perform visual and tactile inspection, including masking and preparation activities in the auto body shop.
• You will take part of the quality inspections and performing necessary adjustment based on plans and workflows.
• You will inspect the new products and in case of necessity you and your team can suggest the restart of the manufacturing processes based on your inputs.
• You will document your workflow digitally.

What are we expecting from you?

• You have experience in body shop works and chassis fault detection and repairs.
• You have knowledge on chassis, painting and finishing techniques or automotive electronics.
• You are experienced in the field of geometric measurements, machine cutting, grinding and polishing, especially in the automotive field. Wielding experience is an advantage.
• You are open to travel, to participate in BMW’s international training course.
• You are a precise worker with great communication skills.
• You are prepared to work in shifts.
• English or German language knowledge is an advantage.
