As a Reworker at the BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you will play a key role in revolutionizing how we think about mobility.

What Awaits You?

• Quality Control: You will ensure the flawless condition of vehicle exterior surfaces, meeting the quality standards outlined in BMW’s quality documents and Quality Control Plans.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: You will identify and correct paint and surface defects on car bodies.
• Use of Machines and Equipment: You will perform visual and tactile inspections, including masking and preparation tasks in the paint shop.
• Process Quality Control and Adjustments: You will participate in quality checks of processes and make necessary adjustments based on plans and workflows.
• Documentation: You will electronically document repair activities.
• Continuous Training: You will participate in our extensive training program to prepare you for your role.
• Process Optimization: You will contribute to improving production quality and propose development suggestions to support manufacturing.

What We Expect from You:

• Educational Background: Successfully completed secondary vocational qualification.
• Work Experience: Experience in identifying and repairing paint and surface defects on car bodies.
• Measurement Skills: Experience in geometry, measurements, machining, and the use of tools and machines related to sanding or polishing, especially in the automotive industry. Welding equipment knowledge is an advantage.
• Precision and Teamwork: Attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively and communicate within a team.
• Language Skills: Knowledge of English or German is an advantage but not required.
• Shift Work: Willingness to work in shifts after the start of production.
• Openness to Learning New Skills.
