Our Finance and Administration Division is the backbone of our financial operations. Members are active in all supporting roles such as Controlling, Accounting, Legal and Compliance, Human Resources and IT.

Our Controlling and Accounting teams act as business partners and are in charge of managing our monetary resources. Meanwhile, our HR team takes care of our associates with compassion and helps to foster the unique and progressive culture that makes BMW Group Japan such a special place to work. Our IT team provides the technical knowledge every enterprise needs and our Legal team is always at our side to answer legal and compliance-related questions.
