After almost 15 years in Management Consulting with a focus on Operations and Organisational Efficiency, a philosophical search to explore how it would feel to actually grow up started to grow in me. My passion has always been with people. I've seen throughout my career how business can grow if only people’s abilities and motivations can be enhanced and used in the best way possible. After almost 2 years of different consultancy projects within HR and Operations, it was clear to me: people need to come first in business strategy.
So, when the opportunity of setting up Retail Talent Management in the Northern Europe region for BMW came up, my answer was as easy: I had to take it. I need to be honest, it was the people I met in the recruitment process that made me join BMW. That is one thing that I’ve really seen during my first year: an open, curious and inclusive culture.
I love working in an international environment, where you get to learn new things in life and meet people from all over the globe. I've always been a strong believer in strength finding and with a company culture that pushes you to discover new areas and skills. BMW has evidently shown how people can unleash that potential. For me, this is a win-win situation: for the company and for myself.
