






Digitalization Developer Maintenance Planning and Training (FALL 2025)

Support Paint Shop training initiatives. Key member in the digitalization team and growth of the paint shop and plant training process.
Developing tools used for reporting and planning (excel, Apex, Power bi, or others)
Develop a custom course, opportunity to teach this course or others
Plan projects related to technical training equipment/processes
Learn new technologies (Augmented Reality, new software)
Reporting of technical trainings
Further development of reporting tools (oracle/SharePoint)
Maintenance of reporting systems
Planning of future courses
Gap analysis (qualifications)
Data analysis (training data)
Forecasting training needs
Assist TCT (Training Coordination Team) as needed, new class development, planning, etc.
Computer Science, ME, EE, data analytics, or similar
SQL and VBA
Oracle
Databases
Microsoft Power Apps
Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
