International Delivery Assurance International Intern (Fall 2025)

Description
- Support onsite supplier logistics production to assure the supplier’s lineside delivery performance in series by using efficient problem-solving processes.
Assigned Duties:
- Supplier requalification: support team with project management tasks including KPI reporting and status reports as well as 8D and FMEA.
- Wrong delivery prevention: analyzing data from 8D and FMEA to derive concrete solutions to address main contributors.
- LQS competency concept: support team with development of i-Learn classes and tracking of training completion.
- Reporting of KPI: conducts data processing in SAP. SQL, Power BI i.e. running weekly and daily reports. May include data mining, creating and maintaining visualization tools, etc.
- Supplier communication: support team with development.
- Maintain electronic team board as key use.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have completed (or will be an upperclassman by credit hours) a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field with. Candidate must have strong interpersonal and technical skills (experience using Power BI, SQL, Data Lake, etc. is a bonus)
- Microsoft Excel (experience with VLookup, Macros, etc. preferred)
- Detail-oriented
- Organized
- Effective communication skills
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on the US grading scale
- Must be enrolled at a university outside of the United States.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term..
- Must have completed a prior BMW internship of at least 3 months in length.
- Work term dates are from September 22, 2025 to March 06, 2026.
