After graduating in Risk & Finance Management, I started working for the BMW Group in 2015. I have been really fortunate to work on a lot of interesting topics: Dealer Development, Risk Management and now as Strategy and Business Expert – a new role in our company. My job is to drive our strategic projects towards their goals and be the 'spider in the web’, by optimising the information flow between our local and international stakeholders.

I really enjoy working with our awesome colleagues and with inspiring managers who support and empower the people in their teams. BMW Group nurtures personal growth and learning about different topics, which I appreciate very much. For me, it’s the journey that matters and I have experienced that with a positive mindset and a willingness to work together, we have two important tools to cope with the challenges and changes in these volatile times.
