Our HR professionals screen your CV and/ or cover letter and examine the match between your profile and the requirements for the position. If it appears that your profile qualifies, you will be called for a telephone introduction or invited for an exploratory interview (online or face-to-face). If it turns out that your profile is a better match for another vacancy, you will receive further guidance. This way, they always look for the best match between your expectations, profile and our vacancies.

After the exploratory interview, our HR professionals will discuss your application with the respective hiring manager and explain your profile, experience and expectations. It is decided by mutual agreement whether you will continue in the application process as a candidate.

As a next step, you will be invited for a personal interview. During this meeting, you will go into detail about all aspects of the position. We will also check whether there is a sufficient match between your expectations and those of the department.

After a positive introduction, you will be invited for an assessment if you apply for a managerial position, expert role or position with customer contact. During this assessment, your competences, skills and development potential will be gauged using role-plays, online exercises, etc.
