Through a 6-month interim offer, I joined BMW Financial Services in August 2019. After my interim period, I was offered a fixed-term contract in the New Business department and my open-ended contract followed shortly after. I started as a New Business administrator and for more than 2 years now I can call myself New Business Specialist Contract Implementation (CI). In this role, I am responsible for the more complex issues at Contract Implementation but also ensure that Daily Business runs correctly. I support in the process of connecting new customers where necessary and using follow-up reports and KPI reports, I make sure that a number of pitfalls can be solved and prevented in the future.
Working at BMW Group is a great challenge and opportunity and I was very happy to start here. There is a lot of room to broaden your knowledge and I have been able and allowed to take full advantage of that. Everyone here learns from everyone else and you also get a lot of freedom to broaden your knowledge yourself. I have mainly learned here that teamwork is really important to achieve certain targets. It feels really good to strive for something together as one team and to achieve the goal or target.
