The remuneration system within BMW Group consists of several elements that aim to develop individual and collective performance. A remuneration survey is conducted every year to ensure that our practices are aligned with those of the benchmark market and BMW Group's recommendations. Our remuneration policy aims to be an effective lever for attracting and retaining employees, thus contributing to the sustainable success of BMW Group France.

 

1. FIXED SALARY.

The fixed salary rewards the function, qualifications, and skills related to the position held. 

2. VARIABLE REMUNERATION.

Variable remuneration elements reward the performance of each employee. They are linked to the results achieved in relation to individual objectives.

3. PROFIT-SHARING.

Profit-sharing values collective performance and involves all teams in the results of each company.
